Diane T. Miller
Diane is the director of OPIS’ Global LPG/Feedstocks division. She is widely acknowledged to be the most experienced, knowledgeable and well-versed journalist in the industry on the NGL industry and NGL trading. OPIS NGL market coverage is the most highly referenced and relied-upon in the industry and has long set the standard for market coverage and news reporting as is OPIS’ International Feedstocks Intelligence report, which covers refinery operations and feedstocks trading. Diane holds a BAAS with a major in English Literature-Journalism and a minor in French and Art History. Diane is also an active board member of the LPG Charity Fund and Petrochemical Feedstocks Association of America.
