Exclusively for the McCloskey 21st Annual Southern African Coal Conference, a room block has been reserved for registered participants at the Westin Cape Town. Group room rate are R5,373 single or double occupancy. Rooms are available at this rate for a 4-night period covering February 3 2026, through February 7 2026. Additional taxes and surcharges may apply; estimated taxes at 17.40%. Room rates and fees are per night and include complimentary Wi-Fi. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions, including cancellation and changes to room type/dates once reserved.

Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date (by the close of business on Monday, 2 February 2026) via e-mail to coal@opisnet.com. If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your paid registration fee to be applied toward a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from 6 February, 2026). Substitutions or credit against a future conference are only if you are unable to attend/participate.
