What’s Included?

Your registration for the 2025 OPIS Global LPG Conference includes access to all sessions, networking breaks, lunches, and the evening reception – plus access to the event app, which includes the attendee materials page featuring copies of all event presentations and the attendee list.

Booking Your Hotel Room

OPIS, a Dow Jones Company has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the 2025 OPIS Global LPG Conference at The Westin Galleria Houston at a rate of $259.00* per night for single/double occupancy (plus applicable taxes/fees).

Rooms are available at this rate for the period covering November 4, 2025 through November 7, 2025, but must be reserved by Friday, October 10, 2025 in order to receive this discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly.

Rooms inside the 2025 OPIS Global LPG Conference room block are reserved for registered event participants only and details on how to book rooms inside this block will be provided in the confirmation email received by all participants after completing their registration.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions, including cancellation and changes to room type/dates once reserved.

Substitutions/Cancellations

Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date (by the close of business on Tuesday, November 4, 2025) via e-mail to registrar@opisnet.com. If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your paid registration fee to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from November 7, 2025). Substitutions or credit against a future conference are only if you are unable to attend/participate.
