Booking Your Hotel Room
OPIS, a Dow Jones Company has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the 17th Annual OPIS RFS, RINs and Biofuels Forum at the Radisson Blu Aqua at a rate of $269.00 per night for single/double occupancy (plus applicable taxes/fees).

Rooms are available at this rate for the period covering September 21, 2025 through September 24, 2025, but must be reserved by Friday, August 29, 2025 in order to receive this discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly.

Rooms inside the 17th Annual OPIS RFS, RINs and Biofuels Forum room block are reserved for registered Forum participants only and details on how to book rooms inside this block will be provided in the confirmation email received by all participants after completing their registration.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions, including cancellation and changes to room type/dates once reserved.

Substitutions/Cancellations

Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date (by COB on Friday, September 19, 2025) via e-mail to registrar@opisnet.com. If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your paid registration fee to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from September 24, 2025). Substitutions or credit against a future conference are only if you are unable to attend/participate.
