Elizabeth Hui

Elizabeth Hui currently serves as Director, Research and Product Development. She is responsible for conducting research and analyzing global economic markets in support of product development at the Exchange for petroleum products. She has focused on designing and developing new derivatives and drafting contracts rules. Elizabeth is involved in the maintenance of refined products and NGL markets and the analysis of the energy industry at CME Group. 

Rob Corday

Rob CordayManaging Director Americas, Rystad Energy

Rob Cordray joined Rystad Energy in 2022.  He is the Managing Director of the Americas for Rystad Energy and leads the firm’s presence from the regional headquarters in Houston, TX.  Rob was formerly a Senior Vice President in our Americas Advisory department, responsible for regional project delivery and business development.  Rob project expertise spans strategy, market analysis, asset evaluation, and capital markets with a particular focus on the upstream, midstream and Energy Transition sectors.

Rob’s 32 years of experience spans the entire energy value chain, from rank exploration thorough production, transportation and marketing of oil and gas as well as Gas and Power, CCUS and Hydrogen market analysis and business strategy.  His client portfolio includes energy majors, independents, investors, National Oil companies and NGOs.

Rob is a regular speaker in regional and global conferences and is fluent in English and Spanish.  He is also a long-time member of AAPG and considers himself a recovering Geophysicist as well.  Outside of work, Rob is an avid outdoorsman and spends most of his free time cycling or thinking about cycling.

Over the course of his career, Rob has held previous roles with service companies, operators and financial institutions worldwide. He has a BSc in Geology and Physics from Morehead State University, an MSc in Geophysics from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shantanu Bhushan Kumar

Shantanu Bhushan KumarHead, LPG/NGLs Consulting, Poten & Partners

Shantanu Bhushan Kumar heads the LPG/NGLs advisory, research, and publication team in Poten. He has worked on and managed LPG and shipping related research products as well as client specific advisory projects covering market assessments, forecasts, investment decisions, business strategy and IPOs for over 18 years. His core competencies include LPG/NGL as well as shipping market research and; analysis, supply analysis & demand assessments, feasibility study, competitive and strategic analysis and due diligence advice. He has experience in vessel movement analysis, freight market analysis & projections, and desk-based vessel valuation.

Shantanu joined Poten’s LPG/NGLs Consulting team in September 2018. Prior to joining Poten, Shantanu worked with SPI Marine (Singapore), Norgas Carriers (Singapore) and Drewry (India) in various capacities as Analyst.

Alice Francou

Alice FrancouHead of Strategy & Business Development, Europe, UGI International

Alice Francou leads UGI International’s strategy and business development activities across Europe. She has also served as President of Liquid Gas Europe, the trade association representing the European LPG industry, since 2025.
Alice joined UGI in 2022 as Business Development Director for Antargaz, the Group’s French subsidiary. Since then, she has led numerous growth initiatives across France and Europe, drawing on deep expertise in European LPG market dynamics — including the sourcing and distribution of renewable liquid gases (bioLPG), European and national energy regulations affecting LPG, decarbonization strategies for residential and industrial applications, and the launch of a solar independent power production (IPP) subsidiary. Her work bridges commercial strategy and industry advocacy, positioning LPG and bioLPG as key levers in Europe’s energy transition.
Alice began her career at SUEZ, a global water and waste management company, where she spent over ten years in a series of senior leadership roles, culminating in her position as Director of Strategy for the Africa & Near East division. Alice holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.
Steffen Anderson

Steffen AndersonHead of Shipping, Snapper Creek Energy

Steffen Andersen is a seasoned LPG shipping and commodity executive with more than 25 years of global industry experience. He leads Snapper Creek’s new Oslo freight desk, bringing deep expertise in chartering, fleet optimization, commercial strategy, and integrated energy logistics. Andersen joins Snapper Creek from SEA T&D, where he advised an international client base as an LPG Ship Broker.

Previously, Andersen served as Chief Commercial Director at Avance Gas. He was instrumental in the company’s establishment, driving key mergers and asset acquisitions that formed the foundation of Avance Gas’s VLGC platform. His leadership shaped the company’s commercial strategy, strengthened fleet performance, and supported significant growth initiatives across global LPG markets.

At Snapper Creek, Andersen reinforces the firm’s expanding integrated platform across freight, derivatives, logistics, and physical LPG, supporting seamless execution across the global energy value chain.

Alejandro Martinez

Alejandro MartinezPresident, Colombian LPG Association, Gasnova

Alejandro Martinez is a law graduate of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, he holds postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Law from the University of Dundee (UK). He has an extensive career in the energy, mining, and environmental sectors, having served as Deputy Minister of Mines and Energy, member of the Board of Directors of the ANH (National Hydrocarbons Agency).  President of the Colombian Petroleum and Natural Gas Association (ACP) for 20 years. He currently presides over the Colombian LPG Association (GASNOVA), where he leads initiatives to strengthen the role of LPG in Colombia’s energy mix. He has also worked as a university professor in minerals and hydrocarbons law, an arbitrator for the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, and member of boards of directors of electric power companies, Corporate Social Responsibility NGO’s and environmental public policy bodies.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SPH), Michael A. Stivala leads one of the nation’s largest distributors of propane, renewable propane, and related products and services. Raphael Cytryn

Raphael CytrynFounder & Managing Director, GazTrust

Raphael Cytryn is the founder and Managing Director of GazTrust, an independent physical LPG brokerage firm based in Geneva. With nearly 12 years leading the company and over a decade of brokerage experience, he is a trusted intermediary in the global LPG market.

Specializing in propane, butane, and mixed LPG cargoes, Raphael facilitates 1–1.5 million metric tons of LPG annually. His primary geographic focus spans the US, Europe, the Mediterranean, and West Africa. Beyond brokerage, he advises major oil companies, trading houses, and refineries on business development, supply chain optimization, and risk management.

Raphael holds a Management Engineering degree from Solvay Brussels School and began his career in 2005 at ExxonMobil. He later held operational and commercial roles at TotalEnergies and Trafigura, and gained experience as an LPG trader before launching GazTrust. Today, he combines deep trading and operational expertise to support clients across the global LPG value chain.

Tucker Perkins

Tucker PerkinsPresident & CEO, Propane Education & Research Council (PERC)

Tucker Perkins is the president and CEO of the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC), a Richmond Virginia-based nonprofit which invests in research and development of propane-powered innovation, and promotes the safe, efficient use of propane through safety, training, and education programs.

Perkins is a dynamic leader who has amplified propane’s voice in the national energy conversation as a frequent keynote speaker on energy-related topics.

Tucker also hosts the podcast, Path to Zero, in which he engages energy thought leaders in provocative discussions regarding energy and the environment, and the path to zero carbon emissions.

In 2024, Tucker published his first book, Path to Zero, 12 Climate Conversations that Changed the World, in which he highlights 12 of the most memorable conversations with guests on his podcast about how climate-friendly solutions available today can create a net zero carbon future.

 

Hank McCourt

Hank McCourt is Vice President of NGL Exports at Enterprise Products, where he has commercial responsibility for the company’s NGL export business. Enterprise is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products, and petrochemicals. The company operates an extensive network of NGL storage, pipelines, fractionation, processing, and terminal assets, including the Enterprise Houston Ship Channel, Morgan’s Point and Neches River terminals.

Mr. McCourt has more than 11 years of experience in the midstream industry, all with Enterprise. Prior to his current role, he held various commercial leadership positions, including Vice President of West Texas Crude Oil Commercial, Director of NGL Marketing, and Director of Crude Oil Marketing.

Kent Holmstrom

Kent HolmstromInternational NGL Marketing, Energy Transfer

Kent Holmstrom has commercial responsibility for the NGL Exports at Energy Transfer, overseeing marketing activities from the company’s Nederland and Marcus Hook Terminals. Energy Transfer owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified energy portfolios in the United States, with approximately 140,000 miles of pipeline and associated infrastructure spanning all major U.S. production basins, as well as international offices in Panama, Beijing, and Singapore.

Mr. Holmstrom has been with Energy Transfer for a decade, holding prior roles in finance and crude business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Russ Arnold

Russ ArnoldVice President, Commercial Marketing, ONEOK

Russ Arnold is Vice President, Commercial Marketing, at ONEOK, a leading midstream operator that provides gathering, processing, fractionation, transportation, storage and marine export services. He is responsible for commodity marketing across the organization with a focus on creating value throughout ONEOK’s integrated systems, including NGLs, natural gas, crude oil, and refined products.
Mr. Arnold joined ONEOK in 2009 and has held roles of increasing responsibility. In his most recent position, he served as Vice President, NGL Marketing.
A native of Cullman, Alabama, Mr. Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Energy Management from the University of Tulsa.
Cinch Munson

Cinch MunsonBusiness Development Director, World Liquid Gas Association

Cinch is the business development director at the World Liquid Gas Association where his responsibilities include industry outreach and advocacy, standards and regulations, developing renewable liquid gas markets, improving efficiencies through technologies, and innovating applications. Prior to joining WLGA, he worked with Oberon Fuels, a renewable fuels producer, the Propane Education and Research Council, as well as other business development roles in energy and agriculture.

Cinch holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree from Colorado State University. Additionally, he has an executive MBA from ThePower Business School, a certification in Negotiation & Leadership from Harvard Law School Executive Education, and certifications in Digital Marketing from Cornell University.

Cinch is based out of North Platte, Nebraska, USA.

Fabricio Duarte

Fabricio Durate is the Executive Director for AIGLP. He has over 33 years of experience, in both the public and private sector and has worked in institutional relations in Brazil and Latin America. Fabricio graduated in Naval Sciences from the Naval Academy and holds a professional master’s degree in management from the UFRJ Business School, Instituto Coppead.

Adrian Calcaneo

Adrian Calcaneo is Vice President of NGL & Naphtha at Chemical Market Analytics.

Mr. Calcaneo is based in Houston, Texas, and is the Vice President for Energy and Feedstocks at OPIS, A Dow Jones Company.

His responsibilities include spearheading global development efforts across multiple product lines, including Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas Liquids (NGL), and Naphtha. With over 20 years of experience, Adrian is a key resource within the company, offering deep insights into the broad energy market.

In his role, he collaborates closely with stakeholders throughout the energy, petrochemical, and financial sectors, providing global support and strategic insights. His current focus involves leading the development of new energy products and enhancing the company’s market deliverables and insights.

Before assuming his current position, Adrian managed NGL market research for 43 Latin America and the Caribbean countries. His extensive experience also includes consulting for multinational energy companies and working in international trade, energy policy, and global economics at think tanks and international non-governmental organizations.

Mr. Calcaneo holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration, focusing on Energy Policy, from Texas A&M University, along with a Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Data Science and a professional certification from Harvard University.

Carlo Barrasa

Carlo Barrasa is the Vice President of Energy Insights at OPIS, A Dow Jones Company

In this role, Carlo stewards the development of energy market content to help OPIS’ clients navigate the complexities of the oil, gas & natural gas liquids markets. Previously, Carlo led the North American Light Olefins service, which provides clients with valuable insights into the regional market dynamics of cracker feedstocks, ethylene, and propylene.

Before joining OPIS, Carlo was a Senior Strategy Advisor at Anadarko Petroleum, where he was responsible for guiding the company’s market strategy for its natural gas liquids business. After beginning his career in various downstream and chemical roles with ExxonMobil, Carlo held senior consulting and research positions at IHS Markit legacy companies PFC Energy and CMAI.

Ben Scriber

Ben ScriberDirector, North America NGLs, OPIS, A Dow Jones Company

Ben Scriber, the Director of Natural Gas Liquids and LNG, joined OPIS, A Dow Jones Company, in 2015. With over 20 years of experience in the North American NGL industry, Ben has experienced several bearish and bullish markets, and witnessed the ever-changing evolution of the NGL industry, including the growth of Mont Belvieu and its importance in the global NGL market. Prior to joining OPIS, he was a retail and wholesale supply manager for AmeriGas, the largest propane retailer in North America, and began his career as an analyst for a startup company called Chalkboard, which was then acquired and absorbed into the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). As a balance, Ben also actively serves on the board of the LPG Charity Fund and the Petrochemical Feedstock Association of the Americas.

Barbara Kelemen

Barbara KelemenHead of Asia, Dragonfly

Barbara is a geopolitical risk analyst with deep expertise in China–US relations and a strong regional focus on Asia. She leads Dragonfly’s Singapore office, where she delivers strategic insights at the intersection of geopolitics, geoeconomics, security, and markets across the Asia-Pacific.

With academic training in China and Hong Kong, Barbara also serves as a research fellow at the Central European Institute for Asian Studies (CEIAS) and has authored articles for a range of international media and research institutes, including The Hill, MERICS, ThinkChina, the Middle East Institute, and the International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS).
