Tyler Cott is Vice President, Petrochemicals Commercial at Enterprise Products where he has commercial responsibility for petrochemical assets and new business development. Enterprise is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Enterprise operates several petrochemical storage, pipeline, production and terminal assets and is the operator of USGC ethylene and propylene physical market hubs.

Mr. Cott has 20 years of experience in the refining and petrochemicals industry. In his prior role at Enterprise, he was responsible for petrochemical supply and marketing. Prior to joining Enterprise, he spent 17 years with Flint Hills Resources, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, where he held various commercial roles within refining and petrochemicals. Mr. Cott has a BS in Finance from Wichita State University.

Idir Ait Feroukh

Idir Ait FeroukhLPG General Trading Manager, Sonatrach

Idir AIT-FEROUKH is an experienced energy trading professional with more than 16 years in international marketing and trading of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). He started his career at SONATRACH, Algeria’s National Oil Company, in 2009 in the Americas Exports Department, back when the company was still supplying LPG to the U.S.

Over the years, he took on increasingly senior roles, building expertise in high-value negotiations, long-term contracts, spot trading, customer portfolio and business development.

Idir has managed over 2.5 million tons of LPG exports each year, generating more than USD 2 billion in revenues across global markets annually. He went on to lead West and then East Mediterranean LPG Export Departments, overseeing key regions across Mediterranean basin, Europe, Africa, Americas, and Asia.

Today, as LPG Trading General Manager at Sonatrach Petroleum Corporation in London, Idir is responsible for the company’s global LPG trading activities, steering growth in key markets worldwide.

JD Buss is an experienced and thoughtful leader who has served as President of Westlark Advisors since 2021. He has worked for the company since 2008, building lasting relationships with our clients and helping them uncover smart strategies for supporting their energy businesses. In his current role as President, JD continues to foster strong relationships and now guides our team in identifying market direction and actionable steps. JD is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), and worked in other oil and natural gas businesses prior to Twin Feathers. These licenses and experience are an asset to our clients, who benefit from JD’s ability to evaluate the many sides of commodity advising and their impact on small and large businesses.

Kent Holmstrom

Kent HolmstromInternational NGL Marketing, Energy Transfer

Kent Holmstrom has commercial responsibility for the NGL Exports at Energy Transfer, overseeing marketing activities from the company’s Nederland and Marcus Hook Terminals. Energy Transfer owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified energy portfolios in the United States, with approximately 140,000 miles of pipeline and associated infrastructure spanning all major U.S. production basins, as well as international offices in Panama, Beijing, and Singapore.

Mr. Holmstrom has been with Energy Transfer for a decade, holding prior roles in finance and crude business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Elifcan Yazgan

Elifcan YazganSupply Chain Director - Aygaz

Elifcan Yazgan started her professional career in 2007 as LPG Supply Planning Specialist at Aygaz. Thereafter she served as Operations and Process Development Manager (2015-2017) and Business Development Manager (2017-2020). Elifcan Yazgan has been acting as Supply Chain Director as of January 2021. She is an industrial engineer and holds an executive MBA degree from Koç University, Turkey.

James Bullen

James BullenIndependent LPG Consultant

James is recognised across the African continent as an LPG specialist in both the Trading/Supply and Onshore Distribution sectors.  Having worked at Petredec for more than 15 years, James formerly led the Africa Trading desk during which time he oversaw a multitude of supply contracts into North, East and South Africa as well as the Islands of the Southern Indian Ocean.  He is experienced in working with Governments, Multinationals, Independent Marketers and Industry bodies.

Until 2025 James headed Petredec’s Onshore Development team, helping to establish respected distribution businesses as well as heading up milestone infrastructure projects including the LPG Import Terminal in Richards Bay, developed in partnership with Bidvest Tank Terminals.   James has served as an Industry Council Member at the World Liquid Gas Association and is an Associate of the Energy Institute.

Diego Freire

Diego FreireNatural Gas Liquids Business Manager, TGS

Diego currently leads the Natural Gas Liquids business at TGS, a leading producer and marketer of natural gas liquids in South America, Latin America’s largest gas transmission company, and a key midstream player in Vaca Muerta. As Natural Gas Liquids Business Manager, he is responsible for the commercial strategy and the development of NGL markets.

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Diego brings 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has held leadership roles in business development, joint ventures, and commercial operations spanning upstream and midstream segments. His background combines strong technical expertise with strategic insight into the evolving energy landscape. Diego holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Russ Arnold

Russ ArnoldVice President, Commercial Marketing, ONEOK

Russ Arnold is Vice President, Commercial Marketing, of ONEOK, responsible for commodity marketing across the organization with a focus on creating value throughout our integrated systems, including NGLs, natural gas, crude oil, and refined products.

Mr. Arnold joined ONEOK in 2009 and has held roles of increasing responsibility. In his most recent position, he served as Vice President, NGL Marketing.

A native of Cullman, Alabama, Mr. Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance in 2009 from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Energy Management in 2013 from the University of Tulsa.

Bartosz Kwiatkowski

Bartosz KwiatkowskiGeneral Director, Polish Liquid Gas Association

Bartosz Kwiatkowski is an economist and energy market expert. He is the General Director of the Polish Liquid Gas Association and a member of the Board of Directors of Liquid Gas Europe. He also co-founded the annual Gaseous Fuels Forum conference in Warsaw.

Previously, he served as a Director at PSE Polish Power Grid and a Board Member at Virtual Power Plant Ltd. He has 11 years of experience in the consulting business, including time at PwC and CEC.

Rocio Serrano

Rocio SerranoExecutive President, Amexgas

Rocío Robles Serrano is a leading expert in Mexico’s energy sector with over a decade of experience shaping regulatory, legal, and commercial frameworks. She played a pivotal role in implementing Mexico’s 2013 Energy Reform, drafting secondary legislation, and designing public policy for opening the fuels market. At ExxonMobil Mexico, she led regulatory compliance, secured long-term import permits, and launched new commercial strategies. In 2020, she founded LobbyingMexico.com to advise energy firms on regulatory and political affairs. In 2024, she became the first woman Executive President of AMEXGAS, Mexico’s LPG industry association.

Cinch Munson

Cinch MunsonBusiness Development Director, World Liquid Gas Association

Cinch is the business development director at the World Liquid Gas Association where his responsibilities include industry outreach and advocacy, standards and regulations, developing renewable liquid gas markets, improving efficiencies through technologies, and innovating applications. Prior to joining WLGA, he worked with Oberon Fuels, a renewable fuels producer, the Propane Education and Research Council, as well as other business development roles in energy and agriculture.

Cinch holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree from Colorado State University. Additionally, he has an executive MBA from ThePower Business School, a certification in Negotiation & Leadership from Harvard Law School Executive Education, and certifications in Digital Marketing from Cornell University.

Cinch is based out of North Platte, Nebraska, USA.

Shintaro Ishida

Shintaro IshidaManager North America LPG Business, Gyxis

Shintaro is Manager of North America LPG Business at Gyxis, one of Japan’s largest LPG importers. In this role, [he/she] oversees North America FOB procurement and manages cargo trading activities across Europe and South America.

Since joining Sumitomo Corporation in 2015, [Name] has built extensive experience across the energy value chain, beginning with bunker oil trading before moving into crude oil, LPG, fuel oil, and gas oil business development in Southeast Asia during an overseas trainee assignment in Singapore.

In 2019, Shintaro joined Gyxis, where he spent one year in back office operations, three years in the Trading Team with responsibilities for chartering and paper trading, and two years in the Business Development Team. In 2025, [Name] was appointed to the current role with Gyxis North America.

Randy Giveans

Randy GiveansExecutive Vice President, Navigator Gas

Randy Giveans was appointed Executive Vice President of Navigator Gas US and Head of Investor Relations and Business Development in North America in April 2022. Prior to joining Navigator, Mr. Giveans was the Senior Analyst and Group Head of the Energy Maritime Shipping Equity Research Group and a Senior Vice President at Jefferies. He covered 32 energy maritime shipping companies that transport crude oil, refined petroleum products, LNG, LPG, dry bulk commodities, and containers. In 2019, 2020, and 2021, he was named to Institutional Investor’s (I.I.) All-America Research Team, and in 2018, he was named an Institutional Investor All-America Research “Rising Star.” In 2021, Mr. Giveans was a Top 5 stock picker across all sector analysts according to TipRanks, and in 2018, he was ranked as the #1 Stock Picker for Shipping in the Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards. Prior to joining Jefferies in 2011, he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance department at Continental/United Airlines. Mr. Giveans received a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Economics from Spring Hill College and an MBA in Finance with an Energy Specialization from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Fabricio Duarte

Fabricio Durate is the Executive Director for AIGLP. He has over 33 years of experience, in both the public and private sector and has worked in institutional relations in Brazil and Latin America. Fabricio graduated in Naval Sciences from the Naval Academy and holds a professional master’s degree in management from the UFRJ Business School, Instituto Coppead.

Ben Severide

Ben Severide is Manager, Energy Exports at AltaGas, where he leads the marketing and trading activities for the company’s three LPG export terminals. His team plays a key role in advancing AltaGas’ global strategy, connecting Canadian energy to international markets through a reliable and growing export platform. He holds an Honours Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Manish Sejwal

Manish SejwalSenior Vice President, Commodity Markets-Oil, NGLs, Naphtha, Rystad

Manish is an experienced analyst with close to 13 years of experience in oil to olefins market spanning across market analysis and consulting & strategy. 

At Rystad Energy, Manish is heading the global NGLs & Naphtha and work closely with his counterpart, Adrian, in OPIS CMA on the global NGL & Naphtha monthly report. Before joining Rystad Energy, he was head of LPG research at Argus Media, UK. 

Previous to his work at Argus Media, Manish was employed with S&P Global Platts in Singapore and covered Asian light ends, refined, and petrochemical market with focus on short-term.

Before commencing the journey in Singapore, Manish worked with IHS Markit (now S&P Global) as Principal Analyst in the Energy Insights division. 

Manish earned an MBA in Petroleum & Energy Management and bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering from Ohio State University, USA. 

Jacob Shorr

Jacob ShorrVice President, Snapper Creek Energy

Jacob Shorr is Vice President of LPG at Snapper Creek Energy, based in London, UK. With eight years of experience in the global LPG markets.

Prior to joining Snapper Creek, Jake held key roles at Fearnley’s and OTC Global Holdings, where he built an expertise on the physical US LPG trade. His background spans the commercial, analytical and operational sides of the LPG value chain, with a strong focus on pricing dynamics, contract structures, and deal execution.

Ted Young

Ted YoungCFO, Dorian LPG

Theodore B. Young has served as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Dorian LPG (USA) LLC since July 2013 and as Head of Corporate Development for Eagle Ocean from 2011 to 2013. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Young was a Senior Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Irving Place Capital (IPC), where he worked on investments in the industrial, transportation, and business services sectors. Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Young was a Principal at Harvest Partners, a New York based middle market buyout firm, from 1997 to 2004. There he was active in industrial transactions and played a key role in the firm’s multinational investment strategy. Prior to his career in private equity, Mr. Young was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and Co. and SBC Warburg Dillon Read and its predecessors in New York, Zurich, and London. He also serves as chairman of College Steps, a not for profit organization that empowers students living with learning and social challenges to pursue post-secondary education, and he was also a member of the audit committee for USA Wrestling, the national governing body for amateur wrestling in the United States. Mr. Young holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a major in accounting.

Rob Donaldson

Rob DonaldsonSVP, NGL Logistics and Marketing, Targa Resources

Rob currently leads Targa’s NGL Logistics and Marketing teams for domestic and global markets. Previously, he focused on global commercialization of Targa’s LPG export terminal at Galena Park TX. Rob started his NGL career in 1996 managing railcar fleet logistics with Warren Petroleum Co. in their Western US Region. Over the years of marketing for Warren and later Dynegy, he worked directly with refinery services focusing on the butanes and heavier products in the Western US. Prior to LPG Exports, Rob was focusing on the domestic propane markets and supporting the gas processing and raw NGLs at Targa’s Badlands assets in the Williston Basin of North Dakota. Rob currently serves as a Board Member of the World Liquid Gas Association, where Targa Resources is also a member of the Industry Council.
