Tom Berg is Director of Policy & Sustainability at SkyNRG, a global leader in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). He leads the company’s regulatory strategy in Europe, working closely with policymakers and industry stakeholders to advance SAF policy frameworks and de-risk investment across the value chain. Tom also oversees SkyNRG’s thought leadership activities and is a lead author of the company’s SAF Market Outlooks, a key reference on the state and trends of the SAF sector.

He holds an MSc in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University and a BSc in Earth Sciences and Economics from VU Amsterdam. Before joining SkyNRG, Tom worked as a management consultant at Guidehouse, advising public and private sector clients on climate policy and decarbonization strategies.

Dr. Mark Kelly is a Senior Sustainable Aviation Consultant at ICF, specialising in Sustainable Aviation Fuels and dedicated to advancing decarbonisation in aviation. He works with aviation stakeholders to turn rigorous analysis into practical decarbonisation strategies and policy solutions. His work combines techno-economic assessment, life-cycle analysis and market intelligence to show how policy, technology and trade flows shape SAF pricing, supply and demand, and to produce clear market outlooks. Mark supports clients with strategy development, investment cases, and policy design and advocacy to scale SAF uplift.
