Sarah has built and led global businesses across news, data, analytics, advisory, and events, partnering with customers in energy, commodities, financial institutions, corporates, and governments. She has held senior leadership roles at some of the most respected media and information brands, including S&P Global, Bloomberg, CNBC, and ICIS (RELX). She joins Dow Jones Energy to lead the entire energy, chemical, and environmental commodities business, including OPIS and its business lines: Chemical Market Analytics, McCloskey, PetroChem Wire, Axxis, A2i, and Eco-Movement.
Her career began in journalism as a markets reporter for Dow Jones in Singapore, covering commodities across Asia Pacific. She went on to lead global energy coverage from London and to report on telecoms, media, and technology from Paris for the newswires and The Wall Street Journal. These experiences built the subject-matter expertise and international perspective that have informed her transition into executive leadership, where she consistently combines editorial integrity with strategic vision and commercial growth.
Prior to joining Dow Jones, Sarah held senior general management positions at S&P Global, bringing together global teams through transformation spanning integration, technology, and culture. She scaled data, insight, and advisory businesses, introduced new commercial strategies, and advanced product modernization, helping customers navigate complex markets and make better-informed decisions.
Her extensive background equips her with a deep understanding of the complex markets Dow Jones Energy serves, as well as the critical importance of reliable data for our customers.
Bryan is the Head of Strategy & Operations for Dow Jones Energy, where he is responsible for shaping and guiding the organizationβs long-term direction and competitive position. He leads the team responsible for making sure the business grows in the right markets, with the right capabilities, at the right time.
Bryan joins Dow Jones after working most recently in strategy roles in the data and financial services sector, developing expertise in transformation & change management. He also spent more than a decade of his career focused on the oil and gas industry and leading large teams in news and research.
Bryan has a Masterβs Degree in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelorβs Degree in Journalism from Penn State University. He is based in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.
Mila brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in global commodities markets, with particular depth in Oil and Gas. She began her career in commodities in London, where she developed deep market expertise, leveraging market insights and pricing in trading. In 2008, she joined S&P Global Energy (formerly Platts) as a Business Development Manager, responsible for strategic accounts globally. Throughout her tenure at S&P, Mila advanced through multiple senior commercial leadership positions, driving customer experience strategy, product commercialization, and leading high-performing commercial teams across North America and Latin America that consistently delivered exceptional results.
Mila holds a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Paris VIII, France. She is multilingual, fluent in four languages, and has lived in London, Paris, Valencia, and Belgrade before relocating to New York, where she now resides with her husband and two daughters, Sasha and Bella.
Jenny Paurys is Head of Research, Consulting & Community at Dow Jones Energy, where she leads global strategy across market research, bespoke consulting, events, and professional user communities.
Over two decades, Jenny has built and scaled information and analytics businesses that help clients make confident decisions in complex, fast-moving markets. Her experience in guiding insight-driven businesses spans energy, commodities, supply chains, government, trade, and financial markets, with a consistent focus on credibility, analytical rigor, and commercial impact.
Jennyβs leadership journey features roles ranging from senior individual contributor, to head of a large B2B news service, to end-to-end P&L ownership of a global insights business. A committed builder of teams and communities, Jenny creates environments where experts do their best work and customers gain trusted, decision-grade insight. She is based in Washington, D.C.

Michele has extensive marketing experience spanning more than 20 years working for a diverse portfolio of companies across various industries, including specialized consumer publishing, business information publishing, telecom data providers, and energy commodity pricing services.
Michele leads the global team responsible for marketing initiatives and strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness for OPIS and its McCloskey, Axxis, PetroChem Wire, A2i, and Chemical Market Analytics brands.
Her areas of expertise include digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement. Michele’s track record of success includes leading marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns that have increased revenue and market share. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Maryβs College of Maryland.
Ilana has spent nearly a decade in the news and information sector and has developed a unique ability to operate at the intersection of high-level strategy and operational precision. While in the Dow Jones Office of the CEO, she successfully drove strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
Prior to joining Dow Jones, she held several operational and project management roles at PBS NewsHour before serving as the Chief of Staff to the General Manager. She played a pivotal role in leadership transitions and business development initiatives.
Now based in New York, Ilana holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

Dewey Johnson is Global Chief Markets Officer, Chemicals & Executive Lead, Dow Jones Energy.
Dewey is responsible for the global chemical markets business, including insight and research covering the major chemical value chains, including Aromatics and Fibers, Olefins and Derivatives, Inorganics (chlor-alkali, vinyls, and soda ash), Plastics and Polymers, and Syngas Chemicals (methanol, acetyls, and ammonia). Dewey is based in Houston.
Prior to Dow Jones Energy, Dewey joined IHS Markit (through legacy CMAI) in 2009. His experience in the petrochemical industry covers all aspects of the business- financial, commercial, operations, research, strategy design and business planning, business development, as well as consultancy. Prior to IHS Markit, he was with Eastman Chemical Company, where he spent more than 25 years in strategic and commercial roles with various business groups and corporate functions. Dewey held management positions in commercial development, global sourcing, P&L for key businesses, market development, and market & strategic analysis of chemical markets and businesses. Dewey has led multiple complex engagements in strategy development and execution, global sourcing of Aromatics & olefins derivatives and industrial gases, business simulation & game theory and dynamic modeling, sales/ marketing, and business development. Dewey received BS and MS engineering degrees from Tennessee Technological University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He also earned an MBA in General Management. Dewey has been a frequent guest lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management, UVA Darden School of Management, and SUNY at Albany School of Public Policy.

Over the past 20 years, Fred has developed the OPIS retail fuels database into the most timely, complete and accurate source of gasoline and diesel pricing available in the market. He has won multiple industry awards for editorial excellence and product development.
In addition, Fred manages strategic relationships with some of the most high-profile and largest consumer companies worldwide, including Apple, Google and Toyota. He is credited with creating a benchmark margin index for retailers that helps measure profit performance against an industry standard. Fred is a graduate of Monmouth University where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration.

Linda oversees all of OPIS’s day-to-day operations including pricing, customer service for electronic products, newsletters and conferences, billing and technical support. In addition, she acts as a liaison between OPIS’s IT groups and business heads to ensure the success of new launches, product enhancements and changes to meet customer needs. Linda started with OPIS as a customer service representative and has held various positions before being named COO.

Rich brings more than 20 years of industry and technology experience including a unique blend of enterprise software, business management, sales and operations expertise. His focus is on helping downstream petroleum companies maximize their use of software and technology when managing fuel supply, distribution and logistics.
Before joining OPIS, Rich was Vice President of Business Development for the Cedar Group, a UK-based publicly traded enterprise software and solutions provider. Rich’s prior experience included eight years as an accountant and consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick and Price Waterhouse (PWC). Rich is a CPA and a member of the AICPA. He is also a member of the AICPA Technology Committee. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Bentley College.

Eileen oversees the product strategy for horizontal markets like Carbon and Hydrogen. She also partners across Dow Jones’ brands like the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and Factiva to develop new products and opportunities for Energy and Chemical data.
Prior to OPIS, Eileen worked within Dow Jones and ran the integration management office for mergers and acquisitions.

Lisa Street is Vice President of Compliance and Standards at OPIS, where she leads the Standards Department in safeguarding the integrity of global price reporting. She is responsible for ensuring OPIS methodologies, editorial governance, and assessments align with international regulatory requirements and the highest ethical standards of benchmark administration.
Since joining OPIS, Lisa has played a pivotal role in developing first-to-market benchmarks, authoring IOSCO-aligned methodologies, and guiding global teams through audits, assurance reviews, and product innovation. Her leadership reinforces OPISβs commitment to transparency, credibility, and excellence in serving the energy and environmental markets.

With nearly 20 yearsβ experience in price reporting and product development, Carly oversees OPISβ benchmark Americas spot pricing portfolio and global news, managing a team of reporters, editors and data analysts. She has developed, launched and managed benchmark pricing across downstream markets, including oil & gas, renewables, environmental commodities and petrochemicals, as well as successfully led OPISβ global teams through assurance processes and compliance efforts for over a decade.
Carly started at OPIS as a markets reporter and held several positions within the company before being named VP of energy pricing and news.
