Fuel Transition in Shipping: From Technical Reality to Commercial Risk

Navigating the Spike: Storage, Fuel Volatility & Margin Protection

This two-part webinar series will examine how fuel transition is reshaping the shipping market from both a technical and a commercial perspective.

  • Part 1: Fuel Transition in Shipping: Technology, Regulation and Fleet Readiness – September 23, 2pm BST | 11am EDT
  • Part 2: Fuel Transition in Shipping: Pricing, Risk and the Economics of Change – October 7, 2pm BST | 11am EDT

Across the two sessions, our experts will explore the regulatory and operational forces driving change, what fleet and orderbook trends reveal about adoption pathways, and how suppliers and shipowners are responding to a more complex fuel landscape.

The series will then turn to the commercial implications, addressing how alternative marine fuels are priced, funded and valued, and what new challenges are emerging around credit, risk and financial decision-making. Together, these webinars will provide a joined-up view of one of the most important transitions facing the maritime sector today.
