Jeff McGee is the Founder and Managing Director of Makai Marine Advisors, which provides marine research and corporate finance advisory support to the shipping industry and its financial investors.

Previously, he was the head of tanker research for Poten & Partners and Simpson Spence & Young, and before that, he ran Mergers & Acquisitions for a billion dollar logistics company. His background also includes fifteen years of progressive capital markets, M&A and risk management experience at General Motors, Philip Morris and a $700 million retailer, including Treasurer and divisional CFO roles.

Jeff began his career at Caltex Petroleum, with experience in refinery operations & planning, oil product trading and tanker chartering throughout the Asia/Pacific region.

 He holds an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a BS in Civil Engineering and Economics from Rice University.

Hans Jørgen ElnæsAviation Analyst and Founder at WINAIR

Hans Jørgen Elnæs has long time aviation experience within commercial and management from VARIG Brazilian Airlines, Qatar Airways and Ryanair. He has also served as Secretary General for an airline industry organization.

Since 2016, he has run his own advisory firm, WINAIR AS, based in Oslo-Norway, primary towards the aviation universe, but also as advisor for financial firms and funds, he has contributed on Governmental white papers and reports, together with acting as “door opener” for companies and services into the aviation sector. Hans has been involved with developing new zero emission propulsion system (electric jet turbine) for aircraft and UAVs.

In Scandinavia, Hans is a major media personality on aviation, frequently used by TV, radio, newspapers, and SoMe on whatever going on with or related to airlines and aviation in general.

He is also used by CNN, CNBC, BBC and other global networks, together with other media around the globe.
